Hey Art Haunts me gave me her old iPad! Which is a new iPad to me!! I'm so grateful, but our accounts got merged and then we lost all our sketches, fans, glops. We are supposedly getting them back but so far I only have 1/4 of my sketches and glops back. I don't think I am getting my fans back. Would those of you who have fanned me and Art Haunts Me in the past mind re-fanning us? I am going to go through SC and re-fan my 400 people or so that I was a fan of. I went from number 79 to number 200 in glops! :( we could sure use some of our fans back, and we'd sure appreciate your help! Thank you!!!💛💙💜💗💚

Oh nvm I just lost all uploads but still have glops and fans.

Anonymous: It's WAY more complicated than that. My account got merged with hers because she was logging in through FB and I through Google. I wiped the IPad 1 clean, but through some glitch when she went to Sketch Club, it thought she was I, and it thought she was also she.
So when I went to Sketch Club on my IPad 3 from here, I was logged as her and all my stuff was mixed in with hers. BP is having to separate our stuff manually and reload it back up into the original accounts by hand. What a pain for him.
It should have never allowed her to be logged in with both a Facebook AND a google account.
So if anyone else decides to give their older IPad to someone, it has to be unlinked in devices before you send it.
I didn't know that I had to do this, so when I tried to unlink the 1st Gen from my account, it was stuck there. Cwazeee

(lamenting) We had 22,000 glops combined and like 800 uploads! 😳

And there is a bug with ipad3 that you cannot logout of SC so I was stuck in autusmom's account and could not unlink my iPad 3 from her account. Bp had to kill all instances and unlink our accounts manually. This forced us both to be Anonymous with nothing. He is slowly rebuilding it all.

And we could not unlink on the ipad1 I gave her because she always logged in with Facebook and I with Google. If we had both logged in with Facebook or both with google, it would have never happened.

This sucks :( my profile hasn't updated since the day it happened, last Thursday and I've sent BP an email...I sure hope I get my 11,000 missing glops back and my Featureds back! They're still missing...😨😞👎

Oh and I only have 25 fans now and I had 165 😞

Take it easy. Girl. he is working on it. Very much manual work and tedious. Just enjoy your new toy. It will all be back soon.
