I have been trying to transform a portion of a sketch and I'm having no luck. I've had this issue for a while, but it's getting worse. When I try to transform - that whole layer disappears. Usually, I could work around it by copying down and transforming another layer.tonight I've copied it own 3-4times and my transformation keeps disappearing. Does anyone have any suggestions, or is anyone else experiencing this?

Sometimes if i have a dodge layer or something on top. Try making the other layers invis first.

Hey Jeorgy....if copying down doesn't work, this should....

Save your sketch, then exit out of SC. Force close the app. You can do this by double tapping the home button on your iPad, and you will see all of your running apps. Tap and hold the SC icon until the apps start jiggling. Then you will see a minus sign in the corner of all of the running apps. Tap the minus on SC. Then push the home button and restart SC. This takes a little longer, but works every time for me.

Yeah, I cursed more than usual during a sketch today because of the transform bug.

Usually I only curse because I can't draw.

After PK's suggestion on closing open apps, refresh and restart your iPad by holding both the home and power buttons, do not use the slide to restart, just wait til you see the apple logo then you can release the buttons and just wait for restart.

pks fix normally works for me.

Thanks everyone, I did finally get that one to work just by doing a full turn off and tried again a little later. It got to a point that I had to walk away for a bit ! Lol

My layer was deleted when trying to transform, like i couldnt press undo (so i have to draw it again) does this make it come back?

Little Boo, I've always been able to click on undo and mine comes back - but then I'll have to copy it down and keep playing with it till I can transform at least 1 of my 2 copies. I haven't heard of not being able to undo.
