Hi there. Lots of people have asked me to do a tutorial on how to donate/nominate/vote to the Have-A-Heart club, so here it goes! 

ABOUT DONATING:

Step 1.) Copy this link...   http://app.sketchclub.com/donate

Step 2.) go to your safari browser!

Step 3.) go to the URL bar... Erase what's in there and paste the link you just copied!

This will take you to the PayPal page, it doesn't work if you click the button within the sketch club application, I don't know why and neither does BP... you just can't, so you have to copy link, go to safari and paste the link in the URL bar. YOU CAN DONATE ANY AMOUNT! 1$, 10$, 100$... ANY AMOUNT WILL BE ACCEPTED! 

(Hate PayPal? Dont hate, It offers you an option to pay by credit card, now calm down.)

Any one can nominate someone for the a Have-A-Heart club iPad award. Just go to the Have-A-Heart club page in forums and tell us who you want to nominate and why and they should be considered by the people who donated. Go to that persons profile and copy and paste their link so everyone reading through the nominations can quickly reference their profile and see what awesome work they do. Also, MAKE SURE THE PERSON YOU ARE NOMINATING DOES NOT ALREADY OWN AN IPAD! This is important, you really need to find out for sure they dont have one already. I'd suggest sending them a private message asking them if they have an iPad. You can also go to their gallery and check to see if all their sketches are done from an iPod/phone, but I'd still suggest just asking them. YOU CAN ONLY VOTE IF YOU DONATED.

After you have donated allow BP a few days to link you up with the option to vote, you may need to remind him as I don't believe it automatically hooks you up, I think he needs to link you first. after he has done that, click the above link to vote, it takes you to the results page that shows you previous winners and how much we have towards the next award. There will be a little plus (+) sign icon just like the one to check your sketch stats, click it and it brings a drop down menu where you can then ENTER THE PROFILE LINK of the person you are voting for. You can vote for anyone you want to but if you look up a little bit in that menu there is a list of nominees to help guide you in your selection. Make sure to leave you name so the recipient knows who to thank, or don't if you wish to remain anonymous. Then make sure to click UPDATE MY VOTE!

This is just a tutorial, don't bother commenting or asking questions here, it's just a reference.

Well, I think that about wraps it up. There is some talk of receiving a small reward for donating, but BP is pretty busy and we haven't come up with anything definite yet. Please be patient on that front.
