Does anyone have any thoughts about using a separate keyboard with their iPad?
I often try to join in with the happy chatter when the compo awards are playing but find the onboard keypad awkward (or perhaps I'm just slow!) Also, it seems to obscure my full view of the ceremony screen. I have considered buying a separate keyboard on occasions, as I also occasionally type more lengthy stuff on my iPad, but wonder if it's worthy of my pennies?

Yup, it's official! I'm really dense!
Just followed along with the Awards ceremony ... and kept up with the chat, (on my computer, with my with my normal keyboard. I have been on SC for some time now and never realised I could log on through my computer browser. Blushes! 😳

I use a BT keyboard, but when I do the in program keyboard although is totally blank, still stays on screen... So perhaps using the desktop version would be best... At least until bp can get that bug fixed...

On that front I hear the ... Jot has the touch sensitivity thing going for it... But I'm still in love with my nomad... Once it dies a horrid death I'll move on... (9 months strong, tips just a little grubby but the bristles are still nice n sweet. Love the shorty brush. Large ends up hitting multi touch a touch too often. But as its got my name engraved on it...)

Thanks Kattamah! I do have a Nomad brush, in a gift box, lovely looking thing it is too! 😊 I'm already through six tips on my Bamboo stylus, so that sort of jumps into my hand! Must try the Nomad again! I'm not greedy, honestly! But if I'm asked what I would like for a birthday or Christmas gift etc, I always have an answer!😊

Yeah I know the feeling. I'm a stylus hog and go through tips in less than a day so at the time it was nomad or nothing. But that new jot... Oh, wish I had a hundred spare laying around.

Only complaint on the nomad is the little rubber tub that keeps the bristles nice keeps spinning and covering the entire thing... So I spend quite a bit of time respinning it back into alinement... Very annoying.
