Cocopops, TwillyQ has the answer, here are the directions step by step, 1. Click on your layer icon 2. Click on transform 3. Use the pinch/zoom two finger motion on your screen to get your picture exactly how you want it 4. Be sure to click done
There is no way to lock vertical or horizontal axis at this time. When I want things to stay 'locked' I add some pixel guidelines on a free layer and then just clear them when I'm done.
LMB , It occurs to me if you want a lot of control over vertical and horizontal positioning, use 'filter > offset'. Offset prevents rotation but does not resize... So no matter what you do this is still a twostep process. I would say though, I expect it's coming, the difference between the awesome app I paid $3 for and the mega awesome app I have now boggles my mind.
