The only mating storks left in the US are the wood storks and they are on the endangered species list. Used my photos from seeing these big wonderful birds in Florida as well as some photos from NationalGeographic.com. and Igor Shpilenok's beautiful wildlife conservatory work.

When you just see them walking around fishing and eating, they appear a bit awkward; but when they fly, they are magnificent.
