To get this effect, simply save yr sketch as a photo WiTHOUT transparency ...then upload it again n play around with filters. Having said that...each image uploaded with a filter effect, u dun need the entire image to be in that particular effect..what I did was deleting 80% of the image n repeat the process. Here I hv done it 12 times to get different colors...

Another useful tip is that when doing a landscape sketch, try to do it in many different layers for each component. This is because when u do filters, u hv a wider options for the entire image. For me, i never use merge down function...it tends to loose the effect u see on the screen...
