If you don't feel like watching my lame video I can explain the steps in haiku form.

I'll start with step one,
Draw a shape to your liking,
Export to photos.

No transparency,
Go to brushes and tap 'add',
Select sketch from roll.

Transform shape to fit,
Maximum size would be best,
Select 'use' and draw!


Ok, that's enough Haikus! 

If you want to share your magical brushes, select 'edit' on the selected brush, down the bottom you will see 'share' it will take you to an email with the brush attached. Send to support@sketchclub.com and BP will upload to server as soon as he can!  Or if you just want to share it between friends send them to their email address!

I've also sent my brush off to BP so it should be added for you all to fiddle around with!

PS you must have ios5 for this update, if ya don't have it then, here, has a cookie (it may or may not have fallen on the floor) ^_^
