This is apart of Project 649. This will be an ongoing effort of me trying to draw all 649 Pokémon in varying styles. It's all RNG based to keep the challenge up so even I don't know what I will be doing next.

Pokédex: Rotom, the Plasma Pokémon. Rotom plays practical jokes, which it carries out by embedding its plasma body in electronic devices. Research continues on this Pokémon, which could be the power source of a unique motor.
