Ole man ...62 ... As boring as a "Stick in the mud". Love to draw, read. Try to live a moral life, helping people .. Keeping out of trouble. Giving away Millions ....( that got your attention, didn't it?) I didn't say millions of what!!! Could just be millions of unwanted suggestions or opinions! Old men are like that!
Thought I'd add a little more to my bio. I won a small Scholastic AT&T award in high school (44 years ago!) It was to Ringling School of Art in Sarasota Florida. I had already enlisted in the Marine Corps ... Vietnam was going strong. I took a test to be a Combat Artist. They told me I scored highly. In boot camp at Paris Island only one othe guy and myself became something other than a "Grunt" (a regular combat Marine). They put me in ART-tillery as a fire control operator! To this day I believe some 'nearsighted' Jarhead saw ART and thought the abbreviated Artillery! (True Story) Anyway ... I survived ... Now over 40 years later I am enjoying the much nicer friendly battlefields of Sketchclub! Is this place and SC great ... Or what!
It is my desire that at least some of my drawings will be more than art, but serve to pierce the social and moral conscious of a few.
